The other day I get into my truck and I get the message in the dash "starting system fault". Truck will not start with key. However the remote start will start the truck every time. In December 2014 the truck hit 100,000 miles. At the same time I had my check engine light come on. It was for an intermittent fault with the map sensor wires.
