WebReshade and gw2hook do have a performance impact. If your screen resolution is high (1440p, 4K, etc), and/or your GPU isn't very powerful, then you can see substantial performance loss. In general, any shader that samples surrounding pixels for every pixel will have exponentially higher performance impact with higher resolutions.
