WebRush Hour II didn't save anything to the save file. You may have issues if you've got a city from the old Rush Hour 1 mod, but if you run Rush Hour II with your city for a bit, save it and load it in Real Time there shouldn't be any issues. The mod will continue to run. WebHowever, there is a mod that could increase Tourist demand, I'm not 100% sure if it does, but it alters the rest of the game. The mod is called Rush Hour.
