Webyou can only restart the whole thing. You can't restart specific missions. To reset the entire playthrough, select your character, when the menu pops up asking which playthroug, highlight UVHM and at the very top of the bar it says press Y to reset. Not sure what it is on PS3 or PC, but look for that.
