It was not cheap, but I forgot the exact price. It turned out to say "Enco Made in France" on the stick-on name plate. I have since learned it was made by Gamet. It is an excellent product. More recently, I bought the next larger size Enco head on eBay.

Mine does not have adjustable stops, but a few years after I bought mine, Enco started selling an identical head with stops.
