WebYour actual level is max 40 (your level is primarily for skill points) but your gear (and enemies) can go up to 60. Enemies may actually be able to go to 61 or 62 but its been a bit and I dont remember for sure. Gear stops at 60 though. Before you go to new game plus your max level is 30, after it's 40, but your gear and enemies can go up to 60.
