Witryna12 days is a long time, so no, I’ve never had to wait that long. Speak to the seller, not Hermes, and request a refund because you have not received whatever you ordered. Or if you’re lucky enough, the CS team working for the seller might be able to help you find out more about what’s actually happening to your parcel.
