They have shrunk. The "standard" bags now seem to be 27 litres, and they don't hold enough moisture for 3 of anything in my opinion. There are fatter bags (44 and 47 litres seem common), and these do seem better. The smaller ones can be used for just 2 tomatoes, but I prefer the bigger ones.
