WitrynaSo, I opened an account with icici. Now, I use hdfc for just 1 neft transfer per month, where I transfer my entire salary to icici. I use sbi for my day to day spends, so my money flow is. Hdfc(salary) -> icici (mf/savings) ---> small amount to sbi for day to day spends I have a credit card from axis, experience has been pretty shitty so far. WitrynaNo risk at all. They just work as intermediaries, money goes to GOI. Haven't worked with HDFC but honestly you'll probably deposit into PPF once/year, so wouldn't worry about any service issues. It's a lot more convenient than govt banks - you get all the benefits of online banking, no paper passbook updating business.
