WebRecently [PNAS {\bf 24}, 12156 (2024)] challenged this picture by discovering "highly overdoped" superconducting Ba2CuO3+y. Using density-functional theory + dynamical mean-field theory, we reveal a bilayer structure of Ba2CuO3.2 of alternating quasi 2D and quasi 1D character. WebThis quasiparticle coherent weight grows linearly with the hole doping concentration in the underdoped and optimally doped regimes, and then decreases with doping in the overdoped regime, which leads to that the maximal superconducting transition temperature occurs around the optimal doping, and then decreases in both underdoped and overdoped regimes.
WebThe phase diagram of high-temperature superconducting cuprates is characterized by a zero-resistance dome in a certain charge carrier doping range. For higher dopings — that … WebApr 12, 2024 · The temperature dependences of both fluctuation conductivity (FLC) σ′(T) and pseudogap (PG) Δ*(T) derived from measurements of resistivity ρ(T) of an optimally doped YBa 2 Cu 3 O 7−δ single crystal subjected to long-term storage have been studied. The as-grown sample S1 exhibits characteristics typical of optimally doped YBa 2 Cu 3 O …
